I have numbness, tingling, and pain in both (left and right) hands, elbows, biceps, and fingers especially when trying to sleep or when holding things (i.e. phone, steering wheel, broom/mop, water hose.) Pain in upper back and chest. I also have a constant case of diarrhea and pain around my naval area that comes and goes. Just worried a little bit and quite uncomfortable
