Suggest Treatment For Nutcracker Esophagus

Hello, I was diagnosed with nutcracker esophagus. I am experiencing significant chest pain. Cardiac tests are all normal. I was prescribed Imipramine today, however I have read a lot of articles stating that Diltiazem is a preferred treatment. What is your opinion on this and what dosage of Diltiazem is typically used? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern I wont advise for Ditiazem because this is not indicative here instead try PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) and best drug would be Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time hope this helps take care
I find this answer helpful
