Suggest Treatment For Oligoasthenospermia And Left Sided Varicocele
Dear docter my total sperm count is 4.05 millions.ml sperm monthly evaluation after liquefaction at 37 degrees celsius progressively motile 10% non progressively motile 20% immotile 70% normal sperms 55% abnomal spems 45% doctor advise me to do ooligozooasthenospermia left sided varicocele please advice me do i really need to operate or there is other option thanks

Low sperm count and decreased motility can be due to varicocele. I suggest you to get the surgery done for varicocele and then get the semen analysis repeated.
