i have done 2 iui at moolchand and one IVF at bourn hall clinic all are failure due to olizoospermia aug 2015 but after that i have financial problem and painful periods, please suggest me how to get pregnant without ivf( my husband premature ejaculate semen and after sometimes its thin liquid j pradhan age-34
