Suggest Treatment For Open Sores On The Legs
I have acitinc keratosis and I do see a dermatologist. I have very bad open and scabbed sores on my legs. They are sore and itchy. I have 2 questions. First is there a cream or solution that I can put on the sores to get some relief. 2nd question. My dermatologist says he can do anything for me until after I have the PCT treatment done (blue light therapy). I m a little nervous about having the PCT done as my skin is so covered in these open sores. Not sure what I should do. Thank you

Hello,
If there is any signs of infection, antibiotics must be started. Proper dressing with collagen sheets will be effective. PCT can be done once the infection settles.
