Suggest Treatment For Open Wound In Stitches Area And Bleeding

repected sir/mam, I have anal fistula surgery in 25 April 2015 and from last week i have a open wound in stiches area and have bleeding regularly when i go to toilet. My doctor saya it is good to have bleeding and i must have to properly dressing regularly and take Tarexa MF tablet. Sir i m very fad up with all this what can i do plz sujject me.

proper dressing is required. area should be cleaned and sterile gauge stuffed into fistula. it should heal from inside till it is completely healed.once it is healed you will be normal without any problem.
