Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Open non healing wound with discharge in thigh and buttock area can be Hidradenitis suppurativa . Hidradenitis suppurativa usually occur around hair follicles in areas where skin is abundant in sweat glands and tends to rubs together like inner thighs, groin, buttock, armpits. The wound caused due the infection heals very slowly and reoccur after partial healing. Consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and initiate the treatment at the earliest. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
