Suggest Treatment For Opiate Intoxication

my girlfriend is very disoriented. She is showing the signs of very heavy opiate intoxication such as eyes opposite of crossed (like buggling eyes), slow speech, dizziness, and confusion. She is on the Fentanyl patch (100 mcg/hr) but that never affects her like this. She claims that it is due to very high stress levels, and that this is how she was before her last nervous breakdown. What should I do? She has me looking up her symptoms. Do you have any idea

Hi,

The surest sign of opioid intoxication is pin-point pupils. Opioid intoxication is a medical emergency and needs hospitalization. Even if she doesn't have this, she should be evaluated by a doctor as her condition may become life threatening.

Best wishes.
