Traumatic neuropathy is very difficult to treat especially in a short time span. It needs some more time for nerves to heal up ( unless there is an irreversible injury). Prognosis of traumatic injury is not so good. His reports suggest, there is already a considerable loss of vision due to injury.
Consult an Ophthalmologist for complete evaluation and treatment.
