Sir iam suffering pyogenic granuloma on the tongue.I feel very pain.is there any treatment.on the tongue means at the last of the tongue..it is very difficult to drink and chew the food.it is very pain.with this effect I feel head ache and left eye pain.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain Pyogenic Granuloma is a vascular lesion and is formed with overgrowth of vascular channels , fibrous tissues and inflammatory cells.. It is not malignant and non harmful and is formed due to causes like local irritation, hormonal changes and trauma.. I would suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treatment can be done accordingly.. In case if it is a pyogenic granuloma the treatment is surgical removal of the lesion.. Small lesions can be however Electodessication or CO2 lazers.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
