Hi, I have been on antibiotics for a week now for a lump in my throat (which has not gone) and yesterday I started to have a lot of irritation and soreness down below. I have had thrush before but this time there is no discharge. Just itching/burning and soreness/swelling. Is this thrush and can be treated with over the counter medication?

Clotrimazole lozenges can use for oral thrush. Maintain proper hygiene of oral cavity. Avoid trauma by using soft brush. Drink more water per day.. Probiotic like yogut and garlic may help. Consult a oral medicine specialist for oral examination and treatment plan.
