General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the management protocols of osteoarthritis in hands depends upon the clinical severity and significance, however, the following would help a lot:
- Heating pad application
- Use of diclofenac, linseed oil with or without capsaicin cream over the hand joints
- Assisted physiotherapy by experts
- NSAID tablets as diclofenac, nimesulide or others
- Disease modifying agents as monoclonal antibodies or others

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
