I have some mild osteo arthritis of the knee. I have started moderate exercise in a gym - 10 min each on bicycle, treadmill, cross trainer and 1000m rowing and have tried a little small weight lifting. I am an hour max in the gym. My knees are weak following this. I wonder if a knee brace would help and if so what type? Thanks
