General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your left knee producing osteo-artheritis.
Go for x-ray left knee for having degenerative changes and its extent.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy will be of much helpful.
Go for Patellar exercise daily.
Do not bent joint more or do not squatting.
Take Calcium and vitamin D supplements.
Ok and take care.
I find this answer helpful
