Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis

I did knee based yoga set in September 2015 for 1 week daily for 1 hour without any gap. From that day onward my both knee pain started.I have consulted orthopedic and he simply said me that my problem is patella maltracking and osteoarthritis stage two. i am aged 33 years female. can my problem cured without surgery ? can wear and tear bones be normal with medicine ?

The grade 2 Osteoarthritis usually doesn't need operation.

It can be treated by medication like cartisafe D and analgesic for pain relief.

You need to adopt healthy life style with weight reduction to help in Osteoarthritis..

The wear and tear occurs with age and by obesity, not by medicine.
