Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis

I have ortho arthritis and a swollen right foot. I have been taking furosemide 20mg for 2 days now. I am quite over weight due to a form of Mito Myopathy that I have. I also have a scar in the crease of my right foot and it feels like small bubbles are on it, after soaking with epson salt and putting lotion on. What do you think is going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear
I evaluated your concern in depth .
@ This condition has possibility of involvement of single / multiple joints of
foot along with involvement of soft tissue lesion which may be infection
or inflammation problem .
@ I don`t recommend to use Furosemide type diuretic on OTC basis ,
rather need physical evaluation or at least assessment of high
resolution photo of the foot for proper evaluation .
Hope this will help you definitely to some extent .
Feel free to as any further health related question in future anytime .
