Suggest Treatment For Osteonecrosis

My Mom has Osteonecrosis, She wants a knee replacement and they say they can;t help her. The knee cap is dead, dicingrating legiments and torn and twisted. Why can they not help her? What is she suppose to do ? Live with the pain? She falls down alot because her knee goes numb?

when your mom is not fit for replacment, why to force and land in complication can do physiotherapy and go for available medication. it will be better then replacmentsurgery.
