Suggest Treatment For Otitis Externa
Hi. I have otitis externa for 3 days now (since Monday). I was prescribed neomycin, Polymyxin and hydrocortisone (7 days), but I m not feeling the relief. I can t take Cipro topical because I m allergic to it. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of infection?? Please help!

You first need to complete the course of the Polymyxin drops but if that's not effective, were I your doctor, I would give you oral antibiotics like Augmentin or Septra DS.
