Suggest Treatment For Otitis Media

I have had otitis media for over a week tried sx of ear pain, hard to ear, feels clogged used antipurine/benzocaine which I have in the past get them at least 2-3x yr. I took Bactrim 800mg x 5 days seemed to get better now it is worse and feels like my glands on swollen and tight at my neck

Thanks for your query.
This is the problem with the self-medication.
You should never self-treat as this is without any basis.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis as this can be due to infection of the ear, otomycosis or impacted wax or just otitis externa.
Till then just take painkillers.
