Suggest Treatment For Oval Shaped Patch On Their Chin

My daughtet hás an oval shape white on her chin since last one month. We consulted a dermatologists. He prescribed EUMosone-M tube. I am applying this cream on her face since last 12 days. But there is no change in the color of spot. She also has itching around the lips , specially on upper lips. He gave us alerid. There is no itching now. I am worried about white spot. Will it be cure or there are chance of spreading. Although it did not spread till now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

According to your description, it seems to be a vitiligo patch as antifungal medicine (one of the contents of EUmoson M) is not working on it, so it rules out fungal infection. If it is of smaller size and is not increasing then corticosteroids will be helpful however laser therapy is also available for it.
So take the advice of another dermatologist and get proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
