Presence of uterine fibroids could cause difficulty in conceiving if they are large enough to distort the anatomy of uterine cavity and affect the thickness of uterine lining, causing inability to implant the fertilized ovum. Presence of complex ovarian cyst could also result in difficulty in conceiving due to improper menstruation and untimely ovulation. However, you can try treatment by use of certain hormonal preparation and other medications to overcome these, which would give an improved chance to conceive. Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for proper clinical evaluation and management.
