Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cysts

i have undergone pelvic ultrasound and have been diagonised with ovarian cysts. earlier there has been just a one time delay with my periods but before that it was always on time. please advice how can this problem be cured. also, do we gain weight with pcos?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the ovarian cystic disease then it depends upon the size of cyst, and numbers most of the time does not needs any treatments, PCOS does not increase the weight, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
