General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I would advice you take some toilet training for yourself , make a note of your timing of urination for a day or two. you will be able to see there is a regular interval between urination or there must be some perticular time of the day or night when you usually feel to urinate. You should properly study the timing and make another time set with an alarm set for each time , this time should be 10 minutes prior to what you have noticed. at the set alarm time go to urinate even if you don't have a severe urge.
If this training and changes does not help much. please do visit a urologist.
take good care of yourself.
Best regards, Dr. Roshni
