Suggest Treatment For Pain After Injuring Toe

i was walking past my husband in bathroom and my toe rammed severely flush into a barrier at the end of the shower. I didnt R.i.c.e. until six hours later as it wasn't too painful, after the initial accident when it really did hurt. I have been on it all that time but had strapped to another toe but it is extremely painful to walk on now.

The presence of severe pain in the toe following a injury requires treatment by the use of analgesic drugs.
If the pain is severe it requires Xray to rule out fracture. Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
