Suggest Treatment For Pain After Spondylolisthesis Surgery

I have had surgery 2 yrs ago at level l5 s1 for spondylethesis Now I am having a lot of pain again in se area. Specialist said the level above my surgery has now given out. This is causing extensive pain. Having pain in my feet. Do not want to have more surgery. Any suggestions for me ?

Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that Gabapentin or Pregabalin can help improve chronic pain. Amitriptyline can help too. Anyway, if there are signs of spinal cord compression, surgery is the only solution.
