Suggest Treatment For Pain After Spraining A Foot
Hello doctor. for some hours ago i sprained my foot And for like 2 hours ago it ended up with that i can t walk with my left foot. im in real pain and wonder if there is anything i can do to obstruct the pain. (i m swedish and my english is not the best, hope you could understand it)

You have probably a torn ligament. In my opinion, apply ice on the swelling every 2-3 hours. Use a crepe bandage and take pain killers.
