Suggest Treatment For Pain After Taking Mirena Coil, Back Aches And Headaches

Hi. I had a internal yesterday because i v been having bad pains, and my marina coil cords isn t there anymore. Iv been sent home to wait for a scan which I didn t think was acceptable as I m in pain in my right side and really bad back aches and headaches. I m due to fly abroad next weekend and I m dreading what could happen. I no for sure it hasn t fallen out. I have a feeling its down to my vibration plate which has caused it because before I read I shouldn t use it while having the coil, everytime I used it it brought my periods on and I d have bad stomach pains. I just need reassurance as I m worried.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to IUD but it could be dysmenorrhea it can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, if still pain is continue then it needs some investigations hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
