General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite common after a cystoscopy and is due to minor mucosal injuries. In most cases it will settle by itself. As of now you can take over the counter available drugs like tranexa for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated. In severe cases a bladder wash may be required.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
