Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bloating After Meals
My belly has looked like I m pregnant the past few days, it had a dull pain and I feel bloated. Sometimes I have a light burning feeling kinda where my belly button is. Bowl movements have been fine. Seems to get big after I eat anything and doesn t fully go away
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain and bloating after meals which could be due to lack of fibres in diet, irritable bowel syndrome , intolerance to dairy products or other food items , eating too fast , overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel , giardiasis or side effect of some medications. You should take diet rich in laxatives and probiotics. I would suggest you to avoid food like dairy products and cabbage , drink warm water thrice a day , do light exercises like bisk walking and eat light and non spicy food . If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antibiotics like ornidazole and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to urologist in case of UTI.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
