Suggest Treatment For Pain And Blood In Bowel Movement
i am 5'6in. 130kilos. I experienced pain with bright red blood in my stool last week. And i think i have internal hemorrhoid. I used faktu suppository for 3 days now and jst once felt relieved. Maybe because i inserted properly the faktu that time. No blood for 3days bt stil with mild pain for 2days of BM
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Weight of 130 kilos for height of 5'6'' is an obesity with its own problems. Pain in the anal region with blood in stool indicate that you are most probably suffering from fissure-in-ano. Internal hemorrhoids do not cause any pain as such and bleed rarely. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Sitz bath in a tub with warm water. Take oral laxatives and stool softeners to suit the requirement and adjust the dosages as per the need. This should solve your problems. Suppositories do not work very well in such a case hence do not use. If there is no relief, consult a General Surgeon for examination and proper further management.
