Hi I fell over and hit my shin on a solid object which staright away i could walk on my leg but it just felt very hot when standing? its been over a week now my leg is bruised from my knee down to my ankle apart from where the lump is on my shin? The lump was a little red but is getting worst with any slightest touch and if anything touches it even my trousers i hit the roof from pain and now my whole leg is aching? could it be possible I have chipped a bone? and what do i need to do?
