Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruising On Palm Of Hand
I recently fell over and went to the hospital about any damage to my hand, the lady took x-rays and nothing were broken. She told me to try and keep using my hand and keep it upright where possible. Nearly two weeks later,the pain is still there and the bruising has re appeared on the palm of my hand with still some discomfort

* As per my clinical experience, the bruise with pain after history of fall do indicates tissue laceration and secondary effects. My guidelines for better recovery
- keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid
- local application of calamine lotion
- anti inflammatory medicines as diclofenac or ibuprofen after meals with antacid
- avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold
- control of blood sugar
* Remain in regular follow up with your doc.
