Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation Around The Anus

After I have been for a poo, I wipe and this causes an intense stining and burning of the skin around my anus, there is sometimes blood on the toilet tissue from the surrounding skin. I sometimes have to go back to the toilet and re-wipe even though it seems that I got everything off the first time around, I may have to go back two or three times. I have have piles in the past and even some pretty big ones that my DR says may have to be removed the next time they flare up. I do not have a flare up of piles at the moment. Please help, it is very painful.

Hello,

Hemorrhods may cause irritation around the anus lead to pruritis ano. Also thrombosed hemorrhoids may can give this problem.

Take soft diet with high fiber, use moisturizer/pilex cream locally.

Avoid stressing during defecation. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
