Dear Madam, Its very sad to know that the pain has been there since last 20 years, I feel you need to convince him to seek help from a doctor and get evaluated, once his cause of pain is known certainly a lot can be done to help him. I would advise you to consult your pain specialist, and help him come out of your misery. take care and seek help soon. Thanks.
