Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation In The Chest And Neck
Today it all started when I wash medication with seltzer, I kept getting pains in my chest. Then I took a shower, thought it would help. It kinda did. Then I got pains in my neck...a hurting burning pain. Just want to say I think I have a yeast infection for a week, untreated. I thought to myself maybe eating would help...nope both neck and in the middle of my chest. I feel like it s on fire. I don t know if I should go to the ER?
Yes, go to the ER. It may be simple gastritis to pruritis. LFT and swab are needed. If there are lesions, take tab Levocetirizine for symptomatic treatment. PCM can also be taken for pain! If it's yeast then work on your immune system too, take antioxidants, vitamins amla, aloe vera. Do breathing exercises that are very helpful too!
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
