hi, I have been experiencing pain in my upper abdomen that last for a few hours or longer. there is no relief in switching positions, analgesics or antacids. I would describe it as burning and extremely painful. I have had this off and on for a while now, but lately has become more painful. not vomiting, but sweating and nauseous
