I had an unprotected sex with a whoremongers. Next day , I had a burning sensation at the tip of my pension. Few weeks later a slight pains at my right testis. Took several recommend drugs but symptoms persist. The pains a5 the testis and tip of penins come interchangeable. Not same time. Am currently on gentimycin injection. You have to rule out epididymal and balanitis infection due to exposure. It can be sexually transmitted illness.
The chlamydia and gonorrhea need to be ruled out by a serological test.
It's also advisable to investigate with ultrasonography of testes for further work up.
