Suggest Treatment For Pain And Continuous Sperm Discharge

Hello I had a serious probléme that i have a continious sperm discharge non stop even with no sex and doing things away from that like work for exemple witch make pee time very painful with the knowledge that i am 23 yrs old and i am on diet also that i had lost 8kg until now Is it normal and is going to stop soon ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What sperm discharge with pain you are presently complaining of during urination is nothing but prostate secretions coming out of urethra.
This could happen because of inflammation of prostate gland or due to pressure on the prostate gland while passing stools as a result of constipation.
Kindly take high fibre diet, drink good quantities of fluids and take laxative like Isapgol husk powder to ease passing of stools.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside. There is nothing to worry as such about the problem as it would not cause any problems in future.
In case the problem still persists, you need to take an ultrasound scan of abdomen and scrotum. Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
