Suggest Treatment For Pain And Cramps In The Upper Leg Area
Both of my upper legs hurt and been having cramps in them both but what concerned me was a few min ago I was lying on the cough then I tried to sit up and get up I had the worst pain throbing pain in both of my upper legs when I tried to stand up it was really hard to do and very painful then after a min r two it stopped and I was abke to stand up but they still feel kinda stiff still hurting and constant cramping what would cause that thanks, stepheni

You can take NSAIDs like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain relief. Keep yourself well hydrated,have a salt added diet and take periodic ORS Solution to replenish electrolytes.
