The symptoms now are so bad I struggle with so much pain and find it hard to function at times. Noticed lately each time I swallow it feels strange inside of left side of neck and very uncomfortable. Can you help me with this.

Hello,

1. While dealing with 'fibromyalgia' one should remember that there is no single drug/medicine that treats or cures fibromyalgia, thus apart from seeing a Rheumatologist what requires is a multidisciplinary approach that uses both medication and alternative or lifestyle strategies that may help decrease and improve symptoms.

2. The attending Physician may recommend physical therapy, moist heat, regular aerobic exercise, relaxation, and stress reduction to help self-manage symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Munish Sood, Ayurveda Specialist
