Hi.
Your history suggests that you have got phobia of HIV/AIDS due to risky sexual behavior.
HIV tests negative at 3 weeks and 3 months is also very important.
Pain in the left testicle can be due to epididymo-orchitis, or torsion.
Get a clinical evaluation and examination as well as ultrasonography and color doppler tests done so that you get the final diagnosis and a plan for further treatment.
Also get urine and blood tests, rule out diabetes and kidney diseases.

The sharp itching all over he body is probably not related to the pain in the testicle.
Get an antihistamine and see if there is a relief.
You may need oral steroid for this to get settled.
It is worth showing to a Dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Treatment will be for you and your friend.
Take care and I hope this answer helps you.
