Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Leg After Falling

I fell nearly two weeks ago on my left leg causing grazing to knee over a couple of days bruising started to come out but also went the full length of my shin I am able to bend my knee now but am suffering from numbness to left side of my leg and pain to touch

in your condition, an important thing to consider is possibility of any grave injury to nerve and fracture. These can only cause serious numbness.
I suggest a routine xRay of leg should have ruled out such possibility and the associated tendeness and pain would get subside by few weeks.
Best will be to take up this issue to the treating Ortho.
