Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Lower Arms

I have been having issues with my feet and fingers swelling. I also have pain on the bottom of both feet when getting up from a laying position. I am now feeling numbness in lower arm and hands with stiffness and pain. I have had a back issue for years and have a herniated disk but have never had the above issues. One last thing I am having problems with bowel movements. I am unable to hold them for longer than a couple of minutes after knowing I have to go. My feet are now swelling and hurting all the time. I am asking what type of doctor I should see and if there is any one condition that is causing these issues. I am a very active person and travel for a living so would like to see a doctor that can help me if this is all one condition.
