Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In My Right Arm
I have been experiencing pain and numbness in my right arm for seceralmweeks mot is getting worse and keeps me up all night off and on. My left ankle is swelling and won t go down. The pain is getting very intense. It is now starting on my left arm as of this morning

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest maintaining the arm immobilized with a splint to prevent further damage.
