General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it's can be due to nerve compression at the spinal level and needs neurosurgeon review after MRI scans reviews and if medical therapy isn't successful, may need surgical intervention.

At this moment continue using gabapentin along with ibuprofen, and get levels of B12, Folic acid done and replacement may be needed of deficient.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
