General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Discomfort on urination, pain may be associated a urinary tract infection. This can involve any aspect of the urinary tract including the urethra, bladder, kidneys, ureter, prostate.
Epididymitis which is infection of the epididymis can also cause these symptoms.

The doctors will likely test the urine to confirm an infection. Imaging may also be done to assess the urinary tract.

I hope this helps
