Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In The Heels

For about 2 months, my left heel hurts to walk on, especially in the morning when I first put pressure on it. I don t feel any one spot that is sensitive. A doctor I saw a month ago thought it was my arch and had me do some exercises, but they haven t worked. I tried different shoes and insoles but they only work for maybe a day or 2

Hello. You probably have a heel spur--a comma of extra bone coming off the calcaneus, the heel bone. You need x-rays to check for that and usually a cortisone injection will relieve the pain.
