Hello,

Short answer: You need to consult a doctor.

Detailed answer:
Thanks for asking on HCM.

Enlarged veins are may be due an obstruction to the flow of venous blood or due to any pressure. This leads to congestion in the arm and causes pain. You need to be examined by a doctor to rule out the causes for your symptoms. The treatment depend on the cause. Your doctor may ask for a scan.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other query, feel free to ask.
