Hi, i have had pain in my butt crack the last couple of days and today i looked at it and it looks like a rash on the cheeks. I also noticed what looked like a couple of popped blisters (saw white skin) and a red pea sized ball next to my anus. Its very painful. Please help :(
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given and I could say that it is the dermatological condition that you have it could be bacterial infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with local as well as the oral antibiotic and best drug of choice would be Azithromycin 500 mg once in day and in local application Clindamycin ointment can be used, some it may requires the local steroid too. Advise: Skin lesion requires clinical observation for right diagnosis because it is some what art of looking for dermatologist, if above mentioned treatment fails to work then see the dermatologist. hope this information helps.
