Suggest Treatment For Pain And Rashes On Testicles

Hi, I am 57 years old male with 170 cm height and 72 kg weight. I got problem with my testicle for last 2 - 3 months with symptoms rash and sometimes pain. May help me what is the causes and what kind of disease? Which I dont have sexual contact for more than 7 years. Thanks a lot.

HI.
The rash and the pain on the scrotum (testicle) may be due to jokes' itch, meaning wither dermatitis or fungal infection of the skin.

I would advise you the following:
Clean the area with plain water 2 to 4 times in a day, then make the area dry with hair dryer.
Apply liquid povidone iodine to make the area sterile.
Apply anti-fungal lotion at bed-time.

Consult a Dermatologist if the above measures fail.

I think when you are talking about on the testicles i have taken it as on the scrotal skin.
If you have a pain in the testicle also , please get an ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and the abdomen for genitourinary system .
